Will Preparation in Edgewater
Need a will prepared or updated? Call 425-231-1559 to speak with an Everett attorney who assists Edgewater residents with will preparation.
A will allows you to clearly document how property should be distributed, who should manage your estate, and who should care for minor children if applicable. For residents of Edgewater, having a properly prepared will helps avoid confusion and unnecessary court involvement after death.
Will preparation is often the foundation of a broader estate plan. Even simple estates benefit from clear written instructions that reflect current family relationships, property ownership, and personal wishes.
Clients in the Edgewater neighborhood commonly seek will updates after major life events such as marriage, divorce, the birth of a child, relocation, or changes in property ownership. Keeping a will current helps ensure it remains legally effective and aligned with Washington law.
Because wills can affect property transfers and family planning decisions, it helps to have the document reviewed and drafted carefully to match your current situation and goals.
Edgewater Neighborhood in Everett
Situated along the coastline, Edgewater forms the western boundary of the West Central Everett district. Both Edgewater and View Ridge neighborhoods have a great view of the bay. The difference between the two are that Edgewater goes right to the water's edge of the bay, but View Ridge does not. Although both give you terrific views of the bay and the Olympic Mountain Range when compared to the Evergreen neighborhood. All three of these neighborhoods are pretty much residential and parks with very little else other than greenbelts.
Don't miss the Edgewater Beach and its views. This beach has had its access roads coming form Mukilteo and Everett reopened recently. Most people think that this beach is in Mukilteo, but it is not. This beach is located in Everett City limits. This beach being reopened in part is because of the plan to have developers come in and build up along the waterfront. I would not be surprised if the waterfront in Everett and Mukilteo are soon one long continuance stretch of restaurants, hotels, and night life. Imagine if one could start in Everett on the waterfront and drive along the waterfront all the way to Mukilteo with non stop hotels, entertainment, and eateries.
With the beautiful views of the Puget Sound, Port Gardner Bay, and the Olympic Mountains, this could become a destination for tourism like no other in Washington State. Boat tours will be coming, fishing charter's out in the sound or the open Pacific Ocean. I suspect that over the next 10 years there will be new construction or piers as well. It would be wonderful if they were to build a hotel like the Edgewater in Seattle, which is Seattle's only hotel built over the water, with many famous musicians having frequented there.
