Riverside neighborhood is from North Broadway to the river, from Pacific Ave to 19th St, there are many turn of the century homes and a few historical buildings. This is more of a residential area of Everett other than on Broadway.

Port Gardner. Port Gardener is from the south side of Hewitt Ave to Pacific, and from the river to the bay. Everett Naval Station sits here, with some in Bayside. This neighborhood is where half of downtown sits within.

Bayside neighborhood has many old places still intact. In fact, the Bayside neighborhood includes part of what I have defined as downtown. The north side of downtown Everett resides in this neighborhood. From Everett Ave to Pacific Ave, from N Broadway to Rucker Ave.

Downtown Everett: downtown Everett consists of a small area defined by who you talk to. For example, I consider Colby Ave and Hewitt Ave the bulls eye of Everett, that intersection. Other people consider the bulls eye of Everett the Snohomish County Courthouse, which is on Wall Street and Rockefeller, specifically 3000 Rockefeller. Others might feel it is neighborhoods, with Port Gardner, Bayside, and Riverside. The total area is 28 square blocks, in a 7 block by 4 block area. Some consider downtown all the way to about 24, to the high school.
