Riverside neighborhood is from North Broadway to the river, from Pacific Ave to 19th St, there are many turn of the century homes and a few historical buildings. This is more of a residential area of Everett other than on Broadway.

Other people consider the bulls eye of Everett the Snohomish County Courthouse, which is on Wall Street and Rockefeller, specifically 3000 Rockefeller. Others might feel it is neighborhoods, with Port Gardner, Bayside, and Riverside. The total area is 28 square blocks, in a 7 block by 4 block area. Some consider downtown all the way to about 24, to the high school.
