Everett Bayside Neighborhood Area

Bayside consists of some residential, parks, the waterfront, and downtown Everett. It is not a stretch to say it is the most beautiful part of Everett. Second to none, although Port Gardner is a close second. Whereas, Riverside is mostly residential. This is the North side of downtown Everett. Since this side of the downtown does not include the courthouse, it has way more restaurants and other businesses that the south side of downtown. Most of downtown on the north side ends and starts at Hewitt Ave other than up on Colby.

The down hill views facing west from Colby Avenue have views similar to San Francisco hills, or those in Seattle overlooking the bay. With views of huge battleships, red setting sun scenes and the back drop of the Olympic Mountains combined with wonderful downtown Everett, I am pretty excited to see his work being displayed on our site. As you can see from the pretty scene above, our site will have opportunity for JB to display his work in this neighborhood of breathtaking scenery. There are also all of those historical building that exist in the Bayside area, the best of what Everett's downtown has to offer.
