This church was built in 1892 and is the very first church in Everett. It has a old New England design that is quite extraordinary, which is the new brick building that went up between 1911-1912. The church sits on the corner of Wall Street and Rockefeller Street near the Snohomish County Superior Courthouse.

The Everett Carnegie Library was built in 1904. When looking at this building, it has a brand newly built quality because of the extraordinary maintenance performed on the building since its construction. Designed as a library, it is now used for social services, primarily to help those homeless and addicted to drugs. This building is part of the Snohomish County Government Complex that includes the Snohomish County Superior Court which is across the street from it. Wall street intersects Colby Ave near the Snohomish County Courthouse in North Everett.

Built in 1903, this building is another old one that has been so well taken care of that it looks like new construction.
